LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services;
• aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat and venue of arbitration: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

Courts at Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement proceedings.
